Hot-wire anemometer testo 405i
With the testo 405i hot-wire anemometer, you can measure air flow velocity, air temperature, and volume flow. The measured values are transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth to the testo Smart Probes mobile app, which can be installed on your smartphone or tablet. This allows you to conveniently view measurement data and use numerous additional functions.
The smartphone-controlled testo 405i is the ideal measuring instrument for air duct measurements. It allows you to determine air velocity, temperature, and volume flow. The testo 405i is also suitable for measuring air flow velocity indoors, for example, when localizing leaks around windows. In combination with the testo 605i thermohygrometer, you can also calculate the efficiency of ventilation or air conditioning systems.
Remote control via smartphone
The testo 405i combines professional Testo measuring technology with the convenience of smartphone control, providing you with numerous additional functions for your daily tasks. The testo Smart Probes mobile app allows you to view measurement data on your smartphone or tablet. You will no longer face difficulties reading measurements in hard-to-reach places. The app also makes it easy to calculate volume flow: simply enter the duct cross-section parameters, and the app performs the calculation automatically.
The app also offers practical features: it not only allows you to view, but also analyze and document measurement values. You can easily perform time-based or multi-point averaging. With a single tap, you can view the measurement trend as a graph. Measurement reports can be sent via e-mail as PDF or Excel files.
