Along with monitoring and documenting air temperature values in cold rooms and freezers, it is often necessary to measure product temperature as well. The testo 175 T2 data logger is equipped with a connector for an external probe (NTC), which allows the internal temperature of food products or the temperature between packages of frozen goods to be measured. Like the other data loggers developed for the food sector, the testo 175 T2 is tested by the specialists at the ATP center (TÜV Süd) in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN 12830 within the framework of the HACCP system.
